You want to port your current number to HanaCell but unsure whether your handset is compatible with HanaCell's SIM card? No problem! When you receive your test SIM, simply insert it in your phone and place FREE test calls to HanaCell's office numbers. If your calls connect, you are ready to order your HanaCell SIM card for number portability.

* Outside of office hours, you should hear recorded messages.
* Calls to HanaCell and Mobell Communications offices from your HanaCell SIM cards are free of charge. You are liable to pay for incoming calls, calls to other numbers or incoming/outgoing SMS made on your test SIM card.
After testing
Order your HanaCell SIM Card for number portability from here.
Your test SIM will incur monthly fee as normal. Once you have finished testing, email us on
so that we can terminate your test SIM card immediately. If you do not hear back from us after two working days, please calls us on 1-888-634-8226 (Toll free).
